This policy explains what personal information Nimbleworks collects through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it.

What we collect

When you book a consultation we ask for your name, email address, company name, approximate number of staff and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us about what you'd like to discuss. We also record the date and time of your booking.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange your consultation, send your confirmation and reminder emails, let you reschedule or cancel, and prepare for our conversation. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry, and on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

We will not add you to a mailing list or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

Your information is held by the hosting and email providers that help us run this website, under contracts that require them to keep it secure. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

If you don't become a client, we delete your booking details within 12 months of your consultation. If you do become a client, our engagement terms will explain how we handle your information from then on.

Cookies

This website only uses the cookies it needs to work securely, such as a session cookie that protects the booking form. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Just get in touch. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
